Roger started his financial services career in 1980 and became President of Molyneaux Insurance, Inc. in 2007. He is a member of our corporate risk management division, Molyneaux Risk Solutions. He specializes in providing consulting/brokerage services of insurance and related financial products to individuals, businesses and employee benefit plans.
Roger has served in leadership positions on many community Boards and holds memberships in many professional organizations including:
- Past President of the Quad-City Chapter of Society of Financial Services Professionals
- Past President of the Quad Cities Estate Planning Council
- Past member of the Wellmark/Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Iowa Broker Advisory Council

Sharon M. Wilson, CEBS sharon@molyneaux.com
Sharon specializes in Employee Benefits and has been with our firm since 1985. She is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and works with employer groups ranging in size from 2-2000 employees. Sharon thrives on solving problems. Problems for individuals trying to meet retirement goals as well as businesses struggling to develop and maintain an employee benefits package. She views every problem as an opportunity for a solution.

Sharon and Roger have more than 54 years of experience in consulting and designing financial products for our customers. This experience has allowed them to develop strong working relationships with many companies, which permits them to offer their clients a variety of quality products.
