Helen is available to assist you with any claim-related questions. Her goal is to help you work with the insurance company to be sure your claim is handled promptly and efficiently.
In the event of an emergency occurring outside of normal business hours please contact our 24-hour customer service center at 866-230-9185. Please understand that after-hours reporting of your claim does not guarantee that you will hear from an adjustor by the next regularly scheduled work day.
Some of our companies prefer that you report the claims directly to them to assist in a more timely handling of the claim. The direct reporting information is provided below:

Claims reported directly to the company can take up to 5 business days to be received in our office. If you have reported a claim directly and need assistance from Helen, please be prepared to provide her with any numbers provided to you by the company.
