Insurance is purchased to help repair and/or replace your assets in the event of an accident – the goal to is to get you back to where you before the loss occurred. It is important to report claims as soon as possible to avoid any delays in the proper handling of your claim. We have many options to help you do just that!
PLEASE REMEMBER:
Although you may be able to report your claim after-hours, this does not ensure that you will be contacted by an adjustor until regular working hours. Many companies give you the ability to get your claims reported, but most claim departments operate on a normal work week.
If you choose to report your claim directly, please understand that it can take 3-5 days for the company to notify our agency. Our claims staff may not be aware of a claim that you filed on Saturday if you call our office on Monday morning. We will work with you to gather the necessary information to make sure that your claim is handled quickly.
